2017 Governance & Leadership Conference

You’ve probably heard of Simon Sinek’s concept “Start With Why,” and our corresponding conference theme “The Value of Why.” This is the time when you find out just what the Why is all about! David Mead, who works in close collaboration with Sinek, will introduce attendees to The Golden Circle, to help put pooling focus not only on what we do and how we do it, but moreover on why. You’ll find the why message is compelling in your role as a pool leader or Board member, and as part of your membership messaging back home. This general session kicks off a series of conversations throughout the rest of the day, and will tie to the closing session on the last day of the 2017 Governance & Leadership Conference.
