Joe has been the Contract Administrator for the Colorado Special Districts Property and Liability Pool as well as the Colorado Firefighter Heart and Cancer Benefits Trust for the past 20 and 3 years respectively.  Joe’s experience has extended 30 years and from coast-to-coast including serving as a national resource for over 60 public entity pools. Joe also had a more intimate direct involvement in the day-to-day administration of five public entity pools and two Group Captive Programs. Joe has been a regional and national speaker, on a variety of subjects important to large self-insured entities and pools. Joe holds the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC); he is a Licensed Reinsurance Intermediary, and Insurance Consultant.
